Torchio

Bortolo, il fondatore, aveva un vigneto dal quale ricavava l’uva per la produzione di quel vino che veniva dato agli ospiti che giungevano nell’osteria. Questo torchio vinario, dedito alla produzione di vino, non è quello che utilizzava Bortolo ma bensì quello adoperato dal figlio Rino.  Risale agli anni ‘50 ed è del tipo a Leva con doghe in rovere, vite in ferro e basamento in ghisa.

Winepress

Bortolo, the founder, had a vineyard from which he obtained grapes for the production of that wine that was given to guests who came to the tavern. This winepress, dedicated to the production of wine, is not what Bortolo used but rather the one used by his son Rino. It dates back to the 50s and is of the Leva type with oak staves, iron screw and cast iron base.
