Riempitrice marca Bondavalli – Milano a depressione anni ‘50 fornita di 6 stazioni riempienti e di 2 pompe elettriche posizionate alla base. Le leve poste subito sotto il basamento in acciaio servono a far salire due stazioni di riempimento alla volta ed il liquido viene immesso a pressione all’interno delle singole bottiglie. Vi è la presenza di un foro posto più in alto nelle cannucce di riempimento che crea una depressione e quindi l’aspirazione del liquido in eccesso permettendo di ottenere, a tutte le bottiglie, lo stesso livello di riempimento.

Filler of the brand Bondavalli - Milan in depression in the years ‘50 equipped with 6 filling stations and 2 electric pumps positioned at the base. The levers placed just below the steel base are used to pick up two filling stations at a time and the liquid is pushed into the individual bottles. There is the presence of a hole placed higher in the straws of filling that creates a depression and therefore the suction of the excess fluid allowing to obtain, to all bottles, the same level of filling.
Riempitrice manuale per caduta fine '800
Riempitrice in legno, ferro ed ottone di fine ‘800, prodotta artigianalmente ed utilizzata per il riempimento manuale delle bottiglie. Vi erano due tubi flessibili che dalla riempitrice erano collegati a due diversi recipienti posti più in alto. Questi recipienti contenevano i liquidi da imbottigliare, una volta scelto il recipiente si apriva il rubinetto dal quale fuoriusciva il prodotto che per caduta e a bisogno (un galleggiante all’interno della riempitrice regolava l’afflusso del liquido) veniva veicolato nella vaschetta della riempitrice. Si posizionavano manualmente le bottiglie inserendo al loro interno le cannette di riempimento che abbassandole facevano fuoriuscire il liquido sempre per caduta.
Manual filler for fall at the end of '800
Filling machine in wood, iron and brass of the end of 800, handcrafted and used for the manual filling of bottles. There were two hoses that were connected from the filler to two different containers placed higher up. These containers contained the liquids to be bottled, once the container was chosen, the tap was opened from which the product came out that by fall and need (a float inside the filler regulated the flow of the liquid) was carried in the filler tray. The bottles were positioned manually by inserting inside them the filling rods that lowered them made the liquid always escape by fall.

Riempitrice semiautomatica marca Officine Ave Maerne (VE) a 12 becchi del 1976 utilizzata sino a metà anni ‘80. Lavora a depressione grazie all’ausilio del motore posizionato al suo interno. Dotata di un potenziometro per la regolazione della velocità rotativa (la parte sopra gira a giostra) si possono riempire sino a 600 bottiglie/h. Le bottiglie vuote vengono messe nell’apposita stazione di riempimento le quali , dopo aver fatto un giro, si riempiono per depressione: le steste di riempimento hanno un piccolo foro posizionato più in alto che fa l’aspirazione (per depressione) del liquido in eccesso, permettendo così alle bottiglie di riempirsi tutte allo stesso livello
Semi-automatic rotary vacuum filler with 12 spouts a.d. 1976
Semi Automatic filler of the brand Officine Ave Maerne (VE) with 12 spouts of 1976 used until the mid-80s. It works with depression thanks to the aid of the motor placed inside it. Equipped with a potentiometer for the adjustment of the rotary speed (the above part turns to carousel) you can fill up to 600 bottles per hour. The empty bottles are placed in the appropriate filling station which, after a turn, are filled with depression: the fillers have a small hole positioned higher up which makes the suction (for depression) of the excess liquid, thus allowing the bottles to fill up all at the same level.
