Distillazione Frutta

All' interno di questa sezione troviamo un alambicco in rame, sempre del periodo del Regno d’Italia (anni ’40 circa) realizzato da una ditta di Thiene che oggi non esiste più, una carpenteria, questo a prova dell' originalità di queste attrezzature che erano pezzi unici ed artigianali, per i quali vi è denuncia di attivazione dell’ufficio tecnico di finanza  per l’utilizzo del 15/12/1947. Questo impianto veniva utilizzato per distillare erbe oppure frutta (pratica in seguito abbandonata perché in Italia non ci sono mai stati grandi consumi). Questo strumento rappresenta la maestria degli artigiani di quel tempo in qui ogni materia prima veniva sfruttata e non si lasciava nulla al caso.

Inside this section we find a copper still, always of the period of the Kingdom of Italy (40’s) made by a firm of Thiene that no longer exists, a carpentry, this is proof of the originality of these equipment that were unique and handcrafted pieces, for which there is complaint of activation of the technical office of finance for the use of 15/12/1947. This plant was used to distill herbs or fruit (a practice later abandoned because in Italy there was never large consumption). This instrument represents the craftsmanship of the craftsmen of that time where every raw material was exploited and nothing was left to chance.
