Distillatore per erbe e spezie

Distillatore in metallo degli anni ‘60 è stato impiegato per distillare sostanze vegetali al fine di ricavarne basi aromatiche per la produzione dei liquori. Al suo interno venivano inserite le infusioni in alcool di sostanze vegetali (piante/radici/bacche ecc..) che distillate originavano un concentrato alcolico dal sapore caratterizzante.

The metal distiller of the 60s was used to distill vegetable substances in order to obtain aromatic bases for the production of liqueurs. Inside it were inserted the infusions in alcohol of vegetal substances (plants/roots/berries, etc.) that distilled originated an alcoholic concentrate with a characterizing taste.
